Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options throughout New Zealand:
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days ($6.95)
- Express Delivery: 1-2 business days ($12.95)
- Rural Delivery: 4-7 business days ($9.95)
Free standard delivery on all orders over $99
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
North Island Delivery
Most North Island addresses receive delivery within:
- Auckland: 1-2 business days
- Wellington: 2-3 business days
- Other North Island areas: 3-4 business days
South Island Delivery
South Island delivery times:
- Christchurch: 3-4 business days
- Dunedin: 4-5 business days
- Other South Island areas: 4-6 business days
Rural Delivery
Rural delivery addresses may require additional time. Please allow up to 7 business days for rural delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the link provided or through our website.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any problems with delivery:
- Check your tracking information first
- Contact the courier company directly
- Check with neighbors and safe drop locations
- Contact us through our website if issues persist
Signature Required
Orders over $200 require signature upon delivery. If you’re not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions.
Delivery Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions during checkout. While we pass these to the courier, we cannot guarantee they will be followed.
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be delivered separately if they ship from different locations. You will not be charged additional delivery fees.
White Glove Delivery
For large items like mattresses, we offer white glove delivery service:
- In-home delivery
- Setup and installation
- Packaging removal
- Additional charges apply
Delivery Areas
We deliver to all urban and rural addresses throughout New Zealand. Some remote areas may have limited service.
Change of Address
Address changes can only be made before orders are dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address.
Failed Delivery
If delivery attempts fail, packages are returned to depot. You will receive notification with instructions for collection or redelivery.
Damaged Goods
Inspect your delivery before signing. If items are damaged:
- Note damage on delivery docket
- Take photos of damage and packaging
- Contact us within 24 hours
Weekend Delivery
Weekend delivery is not available for standard services. Some express options may include Saturday delivery in main centers.
Public Holidays
No deliveries occur on New Zealand public holidays. Delivery schedules resume the next business day.
