Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account on our website
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select “Request Return” for the relevant order
- Complete the return form and print your return label
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Attach return label and drop at nearest courier depot
Return Conditions
For a successful return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags and labels attached
- Free from odors, stains, or damage
Return Shipping Costs
Standard returns: $8.95 (deducted from refund)
Free returns for:
- Faulty or defective items
- Incorrect items received
- Manufacturing faults
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Email confirmation sent upon completion
- Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges
- Color exchanges (subject to availability)
- Alternative products of equal value
Store Credit
Optional store credit available with benefits:
- Instant processing upon return scan
- No return shipping fees
- Bonus credit on selected returns
- Valid for 12 months
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Mattresses (unless faulty)
- Custom-made products
- Personal hygiene items
- Final sale items
- Used or washed bedding
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Provide photos showing the fault
- We cover return shipping costs
- Choose replacement or full refund
Mattress Returns
Special conditions apply to mattresses:
- 100-night trial period
- Must be used with mattress protector
- Return shipping costs apply
- Inspection required before refund
Return Authorization
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Always obtain a return authorization number before sending items back.
International Returns
Currently, we only accept returns from New Zealand addresses. For international returns, please contact our customer service team.

Holiday Returns
Extended return period for holiday purchases:
- Items purchased November 1 – December 24
- Eligible for return until January 31
- All standard return conditions apply
Gift Returns
Gift returns are accepted for:
- Store credit only
- Within 30 days of delivery
- With original gift receipt
Return Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Show signs of use or wear
- Are missing tags or packaging
- Are returned after 30 days
- Don’t meet return conditions
Quality Inspection
All returns undergo quality inspection. Items failing inspection will be returned to customer at their expense.
Partial Returns
Partial order returns accepted. Refund will be issued only for returned items meeting return criteria.
Return Timeframe
Returns must be received within 14 days of return authorization. Late returns may be subject to restocking fees.
